Sometimes life feels too much - too fast, or just too heavy, or too confusing to face alone.
You do not have to figure it all out by yourself.
I offer a calm and compassionate space where we can make sense of what is happening together.

I'm Titian, a Clinical Psychologist born and raised in Hong Kong, now based in the UK. I completed my doctoral training at the Salomons Institute of Applied Psychology and have worked with people facing a wide range of concerns and mental health difficulties. My own cross-cultural background continues to shape how I think about identity, belonging and the complexities of change.
I believe therapy is a shared process. You are the expert of your own experience. My role is to create a space where we can think together, make sense of what you are going through, and explore the kind of support or therapeutic approach that feels right for you. This may involve moments of uncertainty or gently questioning parts of yourself, but we go at your pace. Together, we find what works through curiosity, care and reflection.
I work with compassion, curiosity and respect. My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practice, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Systemic and Psychodynamic approaches. I offer therapy in both English and Cantonese, and always aim to adapt to your needs, values and pace.
I welcome people experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties, as well as emotional challenges related to physical health. I also have a special interest in Maladaptive Daydreaming, a deeply personal and often misunderstood experience.
Whether you are seeking short-term support or longer-term therapy, I offer a calm and respectful space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.
